Accounts Receivable Team Leader – Cash Application Join ABB's finance team in Krakow to process accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Associate Manager, you will ensure precise tracking and processing of transactions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a work team within Accounts Receivable
  • Managing human resource planning and development
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Performing accounts analysis and reconciliations
  • Serving as point of contact for escalations
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures
  • Identifying and recommending best practices for efficiency

Your background:

  • Minimum 6 years of Finance experience
  • 3 years relevant to Accounts Receivable
  • 2 years in team management
  • Experience in Finance Shared Services is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial accounting and reporting
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
