Who we are looking for
We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Fraud & Financial Crimes and Compliance Audit Assistant Vice President. This position involves leading audit engagements focused on fraud, financial crimes, and compliance topics such as anti-money laundering and market surveillance. As part of the role, you will oversee audit engagements, lead teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of audit staff in Krakow or Gdansk, Poland.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance between working from home and the office to meet your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
- Plan, oversee, and execute audits following the Division's methodology.
- Supervise risk and control assessments and testing of key controls.
- Review audit workpapers and draft comprehensive audit reports.
- Work closely with business area management to manage project issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned areas of responsibility and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to change initiatives and mentor audit staff.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in fraud and financial crimes compliance.
- Experience in IT general controls auditing.
Additional requirements
Some domestic and international travel may be required.
