We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Student to proactively seek for candidates who meet vacancies' requirements, working closely with Nordea recruiters seated both in the Nordics and locally in Poland. This is an opportunity for you to gain experience within professional in-house sourcing team using multiple channels in direct search and networking to fill in vacancies for diverse roles in IT, finance, accounting and HR-related areas.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Talent Acquisition PL team. We add value by providing various services related to both external and internal employment process. As Student in Nordea - Talent Sourcing Team you'll play a valuable role as you'll be responsible for supporting recruitment and hiring processes in Poland, and in the Nordics.
