We are seeking a Management Partner to join KYC in Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) and support the leadership team.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with financial crime prevention, where we are actively engaged in protecting Nordea, its customers, and society as a whole.

We are looking for a Management Partner who is ready to play a valuable role in supporting the leadership team at KYC by coordinating and driving various financial crime topics, analysis, and initiatives. You will contribute to financial and strategic targets and be a key member of the Leadership Team.

About this opportunity

What you will be doing:

  • Trusted partner for senior leaders to ensure process and delivery quality to senior stakeholders
  • Engage in KYC Value Chain Leadership team and KYC and Integration, playing a pivotal role in establishing and monitoring strategic initiatives and plans
  • Support Financial Crime Integration & KYC Unit in various tasks, including project planning and execution, and broader Financial Crime Unit responsibilities
  • Lead preparations for internal and external meetings such as Financial Crime Risk Committee & Fora, staff meetings, financial forecasting, and interactions with external regulators
  • Support leadership team activities such as leadership meetings, minutes, and action tracking
  • Collect input from stakeholders, analyze and deliver meaningful insights
  • Develop storylines for internal and external presentations
  • Ensure timely and high-quality reporting from the Integration & KYC unit

Join a team overseeing end-to-end Financial Crime Prevention controls across Nordea and managing the KYC value chain with over 1500 employees.

This role can be located in Poland, Estonia, Finland, or Sweden.

Your experience and background:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in financial management, management support, business development, in-house strategy, or management consulting
  • Personable and effective team player
  • Strong execution mindset, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Fluent in English
