Customer Service Specialist with French
Location: Warsaw
Your daily tasks:Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?Language: Proficiency in French (C1) and English (B2);
Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
Basic salary + bonuses;
