About the job:

You will serve as a functional talent operations expert, responsible for managing day-to-day oversight of the SAP Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding systems, creating, and administering training programs for talent acquisition systems and processes, and ensuring the organization has access to line-of-sight analytics and talent acquisition metrics designed and used to promote candidate & hiring manager satisfaction.

What you will be doing:
  • Serving as the functional recruiting & onboarding operations specialist.
  • Day-to-day administration and management of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding system to ensure excellent end-user experience.
  • Participating in global talent acquisition projects to provide functional input and expertise related to talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Takes appropriate measures to ensure data within the Success Factors Applicant Tracking System is accurate, complete, and of high quality.
  • Designing, planning, and administering training programs for talent acquisition & onboarding systems and processes.
  • Creating manuals, presentations, and other supportive materials for HR systems and processes
  • Identifying and implementing new tools, functionality, and systems to promote efficiency and continuous improvement for talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Supporting small to medium projects and assisting key stakeholder(s) with large-scale projects throughout the planning, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and change management.
  • Managing vendor relationships as assigned (recruitment agencies and other third parties)
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in the regions to establish processes to capture feedback for continuous improvement.
What we would like you to have:
  • Experience as HR Administrator, HR Operations Specialist, Recruiter, People Services, or similar.
  • Knowledge of ATS and Onboarding systems (preferably SAP Success Factors)
  • Experience in designing and conducting training for users (systems & processes)
  • Professional level of English
  • Autonomous, proactive, and curious approach
  • Excellent communication skills
