They help our clients enhance their online business operations by leveraging our cutting-edge solutions.


Why are we searching for you?



  • Generating Leads: With insights from our Marketing team, you will reach out to potential customers to understand their requirements and showcase how our offerings can add value to them.
  • Converting Leads into Customers: This responsibility includes various activities such as contacting new companies monthly, scheduling meetings for our Field Sales representatives, and persuading both current customers and potential leads to invest in our products or services.
  • Managing Customer Relationships: Your role involves overseeing assigned customers, monitoring their engagement, and interacting with them to drive sales. Additionally, you will reconnect with inactive customers to reignite their interest in our solutions.


Utilizing a Virtual Consultative Approach: By gaining deep insights into customer needs, you will assist them throughout the sales cycle via phone conversations, delivering customized advice and solutions based on our value proposition.


CRM Management: Using our sales CRM system, Pipedrive, you will input, enhance, and monitor the progress of leads and customer requests.



Qualifications



  • We require someone who can quickly adapt, bring their own connections, and boost conversions through cold calling. Being self-reliant is vital for success.
  • If you have a proven background in Cold Calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via Phone, Email, and Web, then you are the ideal candidate we are seeking. Your capability to engage with prospects through various channels will be pivotal for your achievements.
  • We function in a dynamic setting where circumstances can shift rapidly. We need an individual who can adapt easily and provide assistance to our Customer Service and Trade Specialist teams as necessary, even if on an occasional basis.
  • A tertiary education or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.
  • Good familiarity or experience with O365, preferably including SAP.
  • Proficiency in English and German for business communications, both written and verbal.
