Country HR Manager

As a Country HR Manager you will become part of the team responsible for day to day support to managers in two Strada locations: Poland and Hungary. You will be working side by side with Global People Operations team to ensure legal compliance and policy standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good relationship with managers to help with employee relations matters
- Act as a main point of contact in Labor code questions.
- Support local and global leadership in providing HR analytics on aspects related to supported regions in areas such as: reward, work organization, local regulations
- Contribute and takes responsibility for the shaping of new HR policies and procedures and ensure these are implemented within their business unit
- Collaborate with Global CoEs to implement Global Programs in supported regions
- Act as a first point of contact for Global People Operations team
- Navigate managers and colleagues through changes impacting their work
- Lead ongoing and ad-hoc HR projects
Basic Requirements:
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in various aspects of the HR functions or administration. Legal expertise is an advantage
- A good understanding of employee relations and total rewards is needed
- Very good knowledge of HR practices and principles, including labor law (Poland), payroll issues, benefits, and employment regulations
- Fluency in Polish and English is required
- Strong people and business focus, understanding the co-dependences between company's strategy and People Agenda
- Self-learning with a continuous drive to develop
