Senior Change AnalystWhat can you expect?
The Senior Change Analyst will work with a Senior Change Manager or Leader (along with other Change Managers and project stakeholders) to undertake activities which drive faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization of changes that impact employees. This role will assume those responsibilities of a Change Analyst but for projects of greater scale and complexity as well as support the Change Leader in managing key tools and assets, which underpin the Change Function.
Actively supports the change management activities related to regional projects as well as supporting Change Managers as required.

We will count on you to:
- Assist with change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE states.
- Conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist in developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder analysis and involvement plans and training plan. Summarizing the results, where relevant.
- Create and manage measurement systems and analysis templates to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
- Identify gaps and assist to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Track Change Management risks and feed these in to the overarching RAID Log.
- Partner with communication, training, HR and other specialists within the organization to support project implementation.
- Develop and analyse Colleague Change Surveys, presenting them an easy to read format for stakeholders at all levels.
What you need to have:
- Experience within change management or project management or learning and development ideally within large/ matrix organisation
- Experience of working within project delivery
- Proficiency in English.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse low complexity issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions.
- Experience of creative meaningful surveys, and the use of online survey/analytic tools.
- Understanding of communication approaches and developing communications materials for difference audiences.
- Builds rapport quickly and forms close, positive relationships with all levels.
- Excellent written, verbal and creative communication skills.
