Skills and Experience:
  • Min 2 years of experience in Program management / Coordination experience/ management in learning / training environment,
  • Proficient in English and French, written and spoken,
  • Experience in support and troubleshooting technology,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time,
  • Ability to lead reviews and monitor key success KPIs,
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proven project management, organizational and communication skills,
  • Robust conflict resolution skills.

Working model: hybrid
Working hours 9am-5pm

Client Care Specialist will help customers plan and execute Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers' training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews

Responsibility:
  • Act as a Single point of escalation for customer queries,
  • Take the learners' through their learning journey and provide periodic support and feedback on key learner's issues,
  • Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training, schedules, course registrations etc.,
  • Provide periodic report on Queries and issue using spreadsheets.
