About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting fashion industry B2B clients in key markets across Europe, building trustful, long-term relationships
  • Advising fashion clients on product range, stock, customization, applications, and new products
  • Managing orders from inquiry to delivery, including quotes, orders, shipments, and coordinating timely deliveries
  • Checking fashion client credit accounts, collaborating with Credit Management on limits, discounts, payment conditions, and handling client complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting sales representatives with a service- and solution-oriented approach, and communicating effectively with other departments about new products, client needs, special requests and strategies
  • Contributing to service process optimization, managing the administrative handling of returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input in all systems

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in client service (ideally B2B)
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You possess excellent cooperation skills and a result-driven approach to problem-solving
  • You have excellent communication skills combined with a calm and friendly attitude, and a strong client service orientation
  • You are skilled at building and managing long-lasting client relationships
