About this opportunity

Welcome to the CMDB team (Process Governance and Tools) in Core Technology. As Asset and Configuration Analyst, you'll play a valuable role in maintenance of our ITIL based ITSM processes.

What you'll be doing:

Take ownership of daily operational maintenance of the data, tools and integrations related to Helix CMDB Review, analyse and coordinate corrections to the data registered in Helix CMDB Be responsible for preparation of CMDB data accuracy & quality reports Proactively secure accuracy of the data based on current and future data flows and audits Review, analyse and coordinate implementation of tool customisations Partake in the automation and workflows development (Penatho) Analyse and solve incidents and requests related to the data and tools integrated with Helix Collaborate with data owners to secure proper quality of the CMDB data Identify opportunities for Asset and Configuration Management process and automation improvements Coordinate integration of new technologies into Helix CMDB Provide trainings and guidance to CMDB users

Your experience and background:

Experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management process Knowledge of ITSM tools (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc.) Knowledge and understanding of ITIL methodology Analytical skills including Ms Excel Fundamental Skill Set (Power BI will be considered as advantage) High communication skills Understanding of IT infrastructure topics Fluency in written and spoken English Familiar with Agile methodology Scripting SQL and Pentaho knowledge will be considered as an advantage
