Our Digital & Data Team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

Digital Campaign Manager partners with the DD&A team members in driving the transformation of our Company Go-to-Market model and innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our market by creating state-of-the-art marketing programs. A key part of this role is co-creating the strategy, deploying, managing, and optimizing campaigns across different digital channels and touchpoints. The role serves as an enabler and sparring partner for customization and further development of our digital marketing campaign processes within the specific therapeutic area.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape digital channels strategy based on market insights.
  • Work closely with business teams and external agencies to deliver optimized digital campaigns aimed at increasing HPV awareness among identified target groups (general public)
  • Deliver educational digital content and omnichannel campaigns (email marketing, website, omnichannel features of CRM tool, webinars etc.) targeted at healthcare professionals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Set and achieve digital KPIs, share campaign status in cross-functional team meetings, and provide insights for campaign evaluation.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in digital transformation within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize brand communication in digital channels.

You should apply if you have:

Education and experience:

  • University degree (bachelors a minimum) from an accredited university (marketing, communications or related field is an advantage)
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

Digital Marketing expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO and display advertising, etc.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and software such as marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms is a huge advantage.

Campaign Management:

  • Ability to develop and execute outcome-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, optimization and evaluation of campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically about digital campaigns, identifying opportunities and providing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
