About the department: The job is based in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, offering a modern and comfortable work environment. Join the Global Commercial Support department that includes Direct Services, Consumer Sales Support, Quality, and Digital Marketing. The role of a Junior Order Administrator is in the Consumer Sales Support area, handling new customer data and order processing.


The job: Responsible for:

  • Daily processing of orders for end-users
  • Preparing reimbursement documents and prescriptions
  • Issuing invoices for payors and customers
  • Managing data in a CRM system
  • Participation in various projects
  • Building relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications: Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good English skills (min. B1)
  • Working with deadlines
  • Attention to details
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks
  • Shift work ability
  • Saturday availability
