HR Project Manager


Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku odpowiedzialna będzie za:

  • Realizację projektu przeniesienia procesów HRowych,
  • Audyt procesów HR, w zakresie m.in.: rekrutacji, onboardingu, polityki ocen okresowych, wynagrodzeń i świadczeń oraz przegląd zgodności standardów HR z polityką firmy i lokalnym prawem,
  • Inicjowanie oraz wdrożenie zmian mających na celu poprawę efektywności bądź doskonalenie obszaru HR,
  • Umacnianie marki i kultury organizacyjnej firmy oraz wzmacnianie zaangażowania pracowników,
  • Wsparcie pracowników w procesie zmian i budowanie zaufania wobec nowych procesów,
  • Bieżąca współpraca z interesariuszami, tj. zarządem firmy, działem HR i pracownikami oraz raportowanie bieżących działań,
  • Stałe monitorowanie zgodności procesów HR i zmian, z kodeksem pracy i obowiązującymi przepisami,
  • Wsparcie zespołu HR i innych działów w zakresie wdrożenia nowych narzędzi czy systemów,
  • Przygotowanie dokumentacji dotyczącej polityki, standardów i propozycji zmian,
  • Wykonanie innych zadań związanych z globalizacją i przeniesieniem procesów HRowych.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze przenoszenia procesów HR-wych popartego sukcesami,
  • Doświadczenia w zakresie budowania globalnych standardów HR-owych firmy, tj. analizy danych HR, zmian w zakresie polityki personalnej oraz weryfikację ich zgodności z prawem pracy i lokalnymi przepisami,
  • Biegłą znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację,
  • Umiejętności przeprowadzania audytu procesów HR-owych i wdrożenia zmian,
  • Doskonałej wiedzy w zakresie: Kodeksu Pracy, narzędzi, technologii i systemów HR-owych,
  • Wysokich umiejętności komunikacji i współpracy z managementem oraz zdolności do przekonywania innych do swoich pomysłów,
  • Umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i zarządzania różnymi procesami w dynamicznym środowisku,
  • Posiadania Certyfikatu HR (CIPD, SHRM) – co będzie dodatkowym atutem.
