Key responsibilities

  • Lead a Scrum team within a SAFe environment
  • Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
  • Work diligently to maximize team productivity and eliminate impediments to achieving Sprint goals
  • Provide guidance and support for team members in using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Kendis and Confluence

Ideal candidate profile

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years in a SAFe setup
  • Proven experience working with distributed global teams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • A deep understanding of the Agile mindset, values, and principles
  • Strong knowledge of iterative and incremental development practices
  • Familiarity with software development processes and procedures
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Expertise in SAFe methodologies
  • Nice to have: SAFe certification

Conditions

  • Location: Gdynia
  • Work model: hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office)
  • Salary: 120-150 PLN net/h
