Team Leader (Customer Service)33_1516Obowiązki zarządzanie podległym zespołem obsługi klienta w tym szkolenie, motywacja, coaching, przekazywanie wiedzy prowadzenie codziennych odpraw, ustalanie podziału pracy w zespole tworzenie planu działania - procesy, urlopy, rejestracja czasu pracy zespołu obsługa niestandardowych zapytań z którymi zespół sobie nie poradzi identyfikacja usprawnień procesów i wdrażanie ich do działu CS wsparcie Head of Customer Service w jego działaniach Wymagania Doświadczenie min 2 lata na stanowisu Team Leadera zespołu ds Obsługi Klienta lub pozycja senioralna Customer Service Specialist który zastępował Team Leadera w jego obowiązkach Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem Umiejętność pracy na celach i pod presją czasu Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego Znajomość procesów obsługi klienta i umiejętność skutecznego ich wdrożenia Proaktywność, liderska osobowość, orientacja na klienta Oferujemy wynagrodzenie na podstawie umowy o pracę, otwartość na oczekwiania finansowe pracę w systemie : 3 dni z biura w Krakowie, 2 dni z domu dofinansowanie wakacji ( 2400zł ) opieka medyczna Medicover, karta sportowa monitor, biurko, krzesło - do pracy w domu zniżki dla pracowników w sklepie internetowym wyjścia integracyjne młody zespół : średnia wieku 25 lat niekorporacyjną, przyjazną atmosferę pracy Źródło: Saleshr/Praca Aplikuj
