Your responsibilities

- System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP BW, Snowflake, or AWS solutions that enhance data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
- Supply Chain Management: Leverage supply chain management knowledge to ensure data solutions are optimized for efficient supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business departments, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prioritising backlog, team management(keeping them motivated), project management
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
- Analyzing business scenarios that may potentially be solved by implementation of automated systems and/or modifications to business processes.
- Providing expertise in evaluation, development, and deployment of systems and/or processes.
Our requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Proven track record in data requirement gathering and data onboarding.
- Extensive experience in the supply chain sector, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in SAP BW 7.x (Data Warehousing, ETL, Analysis & Reporting in BEx/Web, Integrated Planning) for at least 4 years full-time;
- At least 3 years experience with the development in BW 7.x on HANA and about 1-year experience on BW/4HANA: info provider types, data modeling options, Real-Time Reporting approach, ODP Extraction, Data Federation, LSA++;
- Good understanding and minimum one completed project experience with S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics;
- Knowledge of BW Query (BeX or Query Designer in HANA Studio);
- Experience in Business Objects (Information Designer, Webi, Lumira);
- High-level knowledge of ERP processes: Finance / Controlling / Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain Mgmt., FI/CO extractors, SD/SCM and Business Content;
- SAP BW on HANA related ABAP and SQL programming skills (user-exists, routines);
- Proven track record of IT projects where working in a key technology role (i.e. subject matter expert, solution architect, tech lead);
- Basic knowledge of SAP Basis environment;
- Advanced level of spoken and written English is a must as well as the will to work in the multicultural, international virtual project team;
- Pro-active and able to work independently;
- Self-reliance in collecting and fulfilling business partners' requirements as well as keeping up direct communication
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, experience in working with both Live and Import Data Connection;
- Knowledge of Predictive Algorithms and Integrators like APL, PAL, PAI - JavaScript / UI5 programming skills
- R or Python programming skills
- Fiori analytical applications development (i.e. Analytical List Page )
