Senior Space Project Manager


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie projektem w pełnym cyklu (od planowania po zakańczanie) całego podsystemu lub systemu satelitarnego;
  • Planowanie pracy i kierowanie zespołem projektowymi zgodnie z zakresem projektu;
  • Monitoring postępu projektu oraz zgodności z założonym budżetem i harmonogramem oraz ich odchyleń od budżetu;
  • Współtworzenie wymagań oraz dokumentacji projektowej (raporty, procedury);
  • Raportowanie statusu projektu, ryzyk i szans oraz KPI do Dyrektora Biura Projektów;
  • Weryfikacja jakości dokumentacji projektowej oraz zgodności z wytycznymi standardami i warunkami zawartych umów;
  • Współpraca z zespołem QA w zapewnieniu jakości wytwarzanych systemów;
  • Zarządzanie dostawcami w danym projekcie;
  • Prowadzenie prezentacji, koordynacja przeglądów projektowych;
  • Wspieranie procesu wdrożenia usprawnień w zakresie zarządzania projektami.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne: kosmonautyka, inżynieria lotnicza, elektronika lub pokrewne;
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami w branży komicznej minimum 2 lata;
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami B+R min. 5 lata;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość metodyki zarządzania projektami PMI i/lub PRINCE 2;
  • Znajomość standardów ECSS;
  • Doskonała organizacja pracy własnej oraz zespołu projektowego;
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne;
  • Przywództwo, odpowiedzialność i umiejętność budowania i utrzymywania dobrych relacji na różnym szczeblu;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację, przygotowywanie dokumentacji i prezentacji.
  • Znajomość metodyk zwinnych (AGILE SCRUM) oraz narzędzi;
  • Realizacja kontraktów z Europejską Agencją Kosmiczną;
  • Prowadzenie projektów współfinansowanych ze środków europejskich;
  • Zaawansowana znajomość programów do zarządzania zadaniami (JIRA, Redmine, Assana).
