Project Manager


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie projektu wdrożenia systemu ERP
  • Zebranie wymagań biznesowych oraz potwierdzenie zakresu wdrożeniu w organizacji, we współpracy z poszczególnymi działami, m.in. Księgowość, Logistyka, Sprzedaż, IT, Master Data.
  • Współtworzenie i zarządzanie budżetem projektu, w tym jego efektywna realizacja i kontrola kosztów.
  • Opracowywanie szczegółowego harmonogramu prac projektowych, jego bieżąca aktualizacja i nadzór nad realizacją.
  • Efektywne zarządzanie zespołem projektowym, w tym motywowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji członków zespołu.
  • Proaktywne wsparcie członków zespołu w rozwiązywaniu problemów i wyzwań pojawiających się w trakcie realizacji projektu.
  • Nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie efektywnej współpracy z zewnętrznymi dostawcami i partnerami projektu.
  • Identyfikacja, analiza i zarządzanie ryzykiem w projekcie, w tym opracowywanie strategii mitygacji ryzyka.
  • Tworzenie i realizacja kompleksowego planu komunikacji w projekcie, obejmującego organizację i prowadzenie spotkań projektowych oraz regularne raportowanie statusu projektu do wszystkich interesariuszy.
  • Zapewnienie kompletności i jakości wymaganej dokumentacji projektowej, zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami.
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie postępów projektu, w tym identyfikacja i eskalacja potencjalnych zagrożeń dla terminowej realizacji celów projektowych.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami z obszaru IT.
  • Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów na styku Biznesu i IT.
  • Wiedza z zakresu metodyk zarządzania projektami potwierdzona doświadczeniem (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum)
  • Certyfikaty potwierdzające kwalifikacje i umiejętności z zakresu zarządzania projektami (np. PSM, Prince2 i/lub PMP)
  • Samodzielność, inicjatywa, zorientowanie na cel i rozwiązywanie problemów.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Swoboda w porozumiewaniu się językiem angielskim (min. poziom B2).
  • Zdolności analityczne pozwalające na przewidywanie wyzwań projektowych, oraz proponowanie i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy jako analityk biznesowy.
