Role: FP&A Analyst

Location: Krakow

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to latest forecast, budget, and prior year, while comprehending underlying monthly variances and performance trends.

Evaluate monthly financial and operational results to best support strategic decision-making and achieve budget targets

Analyse, report and interpret financial and non-financial KPIs

Assist with completion of quarterly commentary and presentations for senior management

Track and troubleshoot resulting actions from inception to achievement

Identify key actions to address variances and collaborate with colleagues to find resolutions.

Build strong business interaction and communications with internal customers

Ad-hoc financial reporting analysis and queries 

Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and engage in continuous improvement of the FP&A function

Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Ideal candidate will have the following background:

Previous FP&A experience and Financial 

Solid understanding of commercial, financial and accounting concepts 

Strong analytical skills

Highly motivated – able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
