The Senior Communication & Portfolio Manager holds a key position within the EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) team, working closely with Head of EPMO.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Technology Solutions communication strategies, managing a diverse portfolio of projects, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the Technology Solution brand and visibility. Monitors the performance and impact of the Technology Solutions portfolio. Organize internal events and Facilitate Quarterly Business Performance Review sessions (ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and value delivery) , Monthly Leadership meetings , TS Quarterly Townhalls and other relevant events. Provide communication support to TS for key initiatives, projects, and Senior Management/Board engagements Planning, managing, and implementing communications campaigns and Oversee the creation of content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and internal communications. Create content for all communication channels, including editorial content, social content, blogs/SharePoint, internal announcements, leaflets, infographics, animations, and videos, with the support of the Digital Content Manager.  Coordinate regular customer satisfaction surveys, including collecting feedback and action planning to improve quality of engagements Training and Development: Coach and assist TSc team members in improving their communication skills

What are we looking for?

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communication, public relations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex communication projects and portfolios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences (incl. Management Board) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
