Belmont Lavan Ltd is currently hiring for the position of IT Analyst. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for various tasks related to IT systems analysis, support, and project management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to IT systems.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and user manuals.
  • Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new IT technologies, software, and hardware.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on IT systems and processes.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in IT to ensure the company's IT systems are up to date and aligned with best practices.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in IT systems analysis, support, and project management is preferred.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of IT Analyst at Belmont Lavan Ltd, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT systems analysis, support, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
