zadania

  • wspieranie zespołu w codziennych obowiązkach poprzez automatyzację procesów manualnych
  • pomaganie w udoskonaleniach operacyjnych procesów zarządzania ryzykiem bezpieczeństwa stron trzecich (TPSRM).
  • zbieranie i raportowanie wskaźników bezpieczeństwa
  • pomaganie w utrzymaniu standardów, zasad/procedur i dokumentacji cyberbezpieczeństwa
  • asystowanie przy ocenach bezpieczeństwa stron trzecich (TPSA) i analizie ryzyka
  • w razie potrzeby opracowywanie, przeglądanie i korygowanie dokumentacji, dotyczącej zarządzania ryzykiem bezpieczeństwa stron trzecich
  • pomoc w projektach ad hoc i innych działaniach, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba

ENG:

• support the team in daily duties by automating manual processes.
• assist with operational improvements for Third Party Security Risk Management (TPSRM) process.
• gather and report of security metrics. 
• assist in the maintenance of cybersecurity standards, policies/procedures and documentation.
• assist with the Third Party Security Assessments (TPSA) and risk analysis.
• develop, review and revise Third Party Security Risk Management documentation as needed.
• assist with ad hoc projects and other activities as needed.

oczekujemy

  • dyspozycyjność na minimum 30h tygodniowo (poniedziałek-piątek w godzinach biznesowych)
  • umiejętność efektywnej pracy pod presją w dynamicznym środowisku
  • umiejętność rozwiązywania złożonych problemów i zapewniania znaczących usprawnień procesów
  • język angielski poziom min. B2

ENG:

  • availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday during business hours)
  • demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant process improvements
  • English at min. B2 level
