Job Description
This internship is within the Health System (HS) products department, focusing on innovative medical equipment. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical products, contributing to creating a better and fairer future for all by supporting hospitals and healthcare providers.
Your role:
Managing sales orders.
Processing order activities or changes in SAP.
Maintaining good communication and collaborating with various stakeholders in the French market.
Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner.
You're the right it if:
you are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies eager to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations.
you’re fluent in French (B2 level is required) and can communicate easily in English.
you possess strong communication skills and have a good knowledge of Excel.
you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn, and bring an energetic approach to your work.
you are available to work at lest 32 hours/week.
