Job Title: Customer Order Intern with English
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Intern to join our Order Customer Team at Philips. As a Customer Order Intern, you will be responsible for managing orders, performing configuration screening, and maintaining good communication with stakeholders.
Your Role:
- Manage orders (standard and non-standard) using SAP and other supporting tools.
- Perform configuration screening to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain good communication with stakeholders, including Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and other departments within Philips.
- Report, monitor, and control the order book in an organized and compliant manner.
- Work with team members to continuously implement improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You are a student of technical studies with at least 2 years of studies.
- You are able to work 30-40 hours per week.
- You are fluent in English, with Spanish being an asset.
- You have a basic knowledge of Excel, with SAP being an asset.
