There are two primary areas of responsibility:
the consumer insights for the Polish Marketing Beverages team the media insights for the beverages & snacks in Central Europe & Greater BalkansWhy should you join this team?

Part 1 – consumer insights
You are the first point of contact & owner of the analytical process for business questions of the Polish Marketing Beverages team You prepare deep-dive analyses to address business questions at brand, competitor, channel, and customer levels to find drivers and fix issues based on different market data sources (such as Nielsen, Global Data, GFK Household Panel, Brand Health Tracker tools, shopper, consumer, and internal data) You lead the consumer research agenda for the Beverages category in Poland via cooperating with the leading research agencies You lead the preparation of the monthly x-functional scorecarding for Central Europe & Greater Balkans General Manager Being an everyday partner to Head of Marketing Beverages Poland with regards to finding opportunities for growth for beverage brandsPart 2 – consumer insights
You are responsible for the localization of the Media Mix Modeling tool for both Snacks & Beverages for the top 4 Central Europe & Greater Balkans General markets (Poland, Romania, Greece, Serbia) You partner with the Media department at PepsiCo, as well as external media stakeholders (, media agencies, and Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to build and lead the new area of Insights responsibility: Personalization at Scale QualificationsWhat will you bring to the team?
Experience and understanding across the full breadth of market insight techniques – retail audit, consumer panels, loyalty data, brand health trackers, segmentation studies (Nielsen Retail audit data as must-have) Ability to lead and use consumer research Media capabilities, deep dive understanding of media framework, and effectiveness of media Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insights across data sources Solid project management skills, ideally put into practice in consumer research/ data analytics projects Good collaboration and savvy communication skills enabling you to work with multiple stakeholders Excellent English and Polish
