Job Description

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting sales, distribution, and project management within a fast-paced, creative industry? As a Business Operations Specialist at CD PROJEKT RED , you'll help manage our growing publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth cooperation with distributors and keeping business development projects on track. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new opportunities and maintain efficient workflows across all departments.
 

Daily Responsibilities

  • Analyse promotions and SRP/WSP
  • Manage communication with physical distributors to ensure smooth coordination of sales and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new collaboration opportunities, revenue streams, and distribution channels.
  • Track the progress of all business development projects, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are met through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Knowledge management: research, catalog, and maintain industry reports, data, and other relevant information in an organized and accessible format for the team.
  • Supervision of anti-piracy efforts.
  • Respond to inquiries received via the external business email.
  • Administrative maintenance of internal promotional and sales files.

Qualifications
  • min. 3 years of experience in relevant roles such in sales, marketing, or administrative departments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (C1 level).

    Nice to Have:
  • Background in game development or other creative industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
