Accounting Supervisor

  • organizacja pracy w zespole, delegowanie zadań podległym pracownikom
  • nadzór nad kompleksowym prowadzeniem ksiąg rachunkowych i rozliczeń podatkowych
  • nadzór nad raportami przygotowanymi dla klientów
  • nadzór/sporządzanie sprawozdań finansowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami
  • prowadzenie korespondencji z klientami i urzędami
  • utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z klientami i rozpoznawanie ich potrzeb
  • ustalanie procedur komunikacji z klientami
  • współpraca z innymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia klientom wysokiej jakości usług
  • wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (ekonomia, finanse, rachunkowość)
  • co najmniej 2-3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na samodzielnym stanowisku w dziale księgowości lub w biurze rachunkowym
  • minimum rok doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
  • praktyczna znajomość obowiązujących przepisów z zakresu rachunkowości, znajomość przepisów podatkowych
  • znajomość przepisów MSR/MSSF - mile widziana
  • bardzo dobra znajomość arkusza Excel
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i samodzielność w działaniu
  • komunikatywność i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji
  • umiejętność nawiązywania długofalowych relacji
  • umowa o pracę
  • praca w systemie hybrydowym
  • szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje (w tym z systemu księgowego oraz ze zmian w przepisach),
  • wsparcie działu doradztwa podatkowego oraz prawnego przy rozwiązywaniu bieżących spraw merytorycznych,
  • możliwość rozwoju i doskonalenia zawodowego,
  • ZFŚS (bony świąteczne, dofinansowania do wczasów),
