Vercom is a leading developer of global cloud communications platforms (CPaaS) such as MailerLite and MessageFlow, which empower companies to build strong relationships with their audiences through a variety of channels, including email, SMS, RCS, MMS, web push, mobile push, and instant messages (OTT). Our solutions automate and scale communication processes while ensuring high deliverability, efficiency, and security.

Currently we are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at MessageFlow (one of Vercom products). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of experts and our digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, language coordination, and customer journey optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry, who can effectively coordinate campaigns, experiment with new channels, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the part of marketing strategy your team will be responsible for, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives measurable results.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, optimize and report on campaigns and channels performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in organizing and managing events from concept to execution, including planning, promotion, logistics, and post-event analysis.

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our marketing goals.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.

  • Coordinate the translation and localization of marketing materials to support our expansion to other markets.

  • Analyze and enhance the customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and discover new opportunities.

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

 

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS products.

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing teams

  • Strong knowledge of website management, email marketing, PPC, and campaign analytics.

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English (C level or native).
