Job Overview

This role provides operational &project management support on the execution of creative development process and asset management for eComm content. Working closely with a cross-functional group of stakeholders internally and externally to ensure optimal execution of eComm content for our consumers.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress and managing day-to-day project operations, managing the entire production process of campaign inputs, partnering with brand teams to make sure there is continuity from an omni-channel perspective and ensure that all assets are available for access.

Responsibilities

Campaign Briefs:

Organises necessary briefing calls with internal & external x-functional stakeholders Prepares campaign timeline

Campaign development:

Coordinates feedback gather & project manages iterations required Facilitates the creative proposal presentations & feedback rounds in order to obtain approvals from all necessary stakeholders Investigates asset reusage opps with PIM & DAM teams and ensures PIM/DAM is maintained with latest creative assets & copy Coordinate end to end creative process development for selected projects (support in building campaign brief, briefing to creative design team and gathering feedback.: Work with UX research associate & digital merchandising associates in HBS to ensure content design compliments picture of success. Partner with UX research to test & learn optimal content designs Partner with eComm brand marketing teams/customer marketings teams and their respective agencies, helping to identify opportunities to integrate ecommerce creative into existing marketing plans Assist with coordinating and conducting brand and product photoshoots Ensure content development is in line with GS1 standards and comply to the regulatory dept with regards to nutritional info Present designs to clients for approval Qualifications Strong Leadership & project management experience Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams Full proficiency in English (wirtten & spoken) Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines Strong attention to detail  Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote, experience in CPG a plus
