About the job

Responsible for recording and reporting of data related to the sale of goods in compliance with company policies and procedures and other reporting requirementsHandle retail-related processes (vouchers handling, investigating differences on various tenders, etc.)Create various accounting documents (credit notes, invoices) in compliance with company policies and accounting standardsPreparing various financial and sales reports (ad-hoc)Support store managers in solving tender discrepancies and with trainings for store staffSupport other team members with country-specific tasks (e.g. e-invoicing).Act as point of contact for Swarovski own stores and internal stakeholders

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

Possibly BA degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessFirst experience in the field of retail accounting would be a big assetUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesAbility to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersGood knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SAPHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailFluency in EnglishFluency in some other European language would be an assetHigh level of communication skills
