About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team as an Order-to-Cash Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and reporting data related to the sale of goods in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and report data related to the sale of goods
  • Handle retail-related processes, including vouchers handling and investigating differences on various tenders
  • Create various accounting documents, such as credit notes and invoices, in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Prepare various financial and sales reports, including ad-hoc reports
  • Support store managers in solving tender discrepancies and provide training for store staff
  • Support other team members with country-specific tasks, such as e-invoicing
  • Act as a point of contact for Swarovski own stores and internal stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Financial Accountant who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • First experience in retail accounting is a significant asset
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills and a knack for numbers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SAP
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in some other European language is an asset
  • High level of communication skills
