RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our HQ in Warsaw.

Your main focus:

Development & execution of trade marketing plan in Body Care and Fragrance category
in dedicated customers within brands (ADIDAS/ MEXX/ BRUNO BANANI/ DAVID BECKHAM) Coordination of POS production workflow with third party partners in line with global guidelines Development, execution and post evaluation of trade activities (e.g. consumer contests, loyalty programs in dedicated customers) Competition analysis, benchmarking Preparation of adequate reports and presentations Proactive & innovative approach to trade activities Delivery of input to yearly trade marketing plan for Body Care and Fragrance category Planning & effective budget management Close cooperation with internal & external partners

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Min 1 or 2 years of professional experience in trade/ customer/ shopper marketing Analytical skills and problem solving, ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects Responsible “own it-drive it” attitude and strong team spirit Strong communication skills and strategic mindset Experience in Excel and PowerPoint is required Fluency in Polish & English Experience in AC Nielsen / GFK would be an advantage
