Damovo Poland is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of ICT solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project resources effectively
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Monitor and track project progress, using appropriate tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
  • Create and maintain a collaborative and inclusive project team environment, providing leadership and motivation to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices in project management
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects
  • Support the sales team during the pre-sales phase by providing project management insights and estimations

 

Experience and skills we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ICT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing ICT projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of unified communications, collaboration, enterprise networking, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Excellent leadership, responsibility, very well communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
