We're hiring a HS Specialist, for EKOS Poznan, part of SAUR Group (a pure player in water and essential services, working to protect the environment in the heart of the territories it serves.), EKOS includes 6 locations: Ekos, Separator, Konstancyn, Pafos (Cyprus), Steriac (Nicosia, Cy), and the CEB office in Warsaw (nothe that can be extended to new locations in the future).

Location: Poznan.

Mission:

Reporting directly to the MD of CEB business unit, you'll be HS of EKOS, it is a full-time role (to be divided between EKOS and the CEB business unit)

Will also be the HS coordinator of Central Europe Balkans Business unit :

  • Supervising the HS in all locations
  • Guaranting the compliance to the laws, the training of the staff, PPEs, etc..
  • Implementing HS processes of the Group
  • Reporting (weekly, monthly) to the CEB Business unit and to the HQ
  • Liaising with the HS persons in specific units.

Requirements:

  • Similar experience
  • English fluent
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Some national and international travels are needed in this role
