Senior Salesforce Engineer


As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For:

50-60% - Development / configuration of new Salesforce features
20-30% - Technical Analysis and Design
10% - Defects resolution

Lead a configuration / development of new features accordingly to business requirements on Salesforce.com platform

Design technical solutions both low level and high level, and the architecture of supported product/service

Support delivery processes of Release increments created by DevOps Team.

Collaborate with DevOps Manager and Product Owner to deliver the Strategy of the product.

Mentor and develop less senior Team members in the Salesforce.com Technology development and configuration aspects

Work with business or customer representatives to identify product/service requirements

Lead technical analysis of business requirements

Provide technical expertise on the Salesforce.com platforms

Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot and fix problems using technical expertise and problem solving skills to restore product/service, identify root cause and remediate

Maintain expertise on evolving product/service capability and drive innovation within the team

Why you?
Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

At least 3 years of experience building solutions using higher level languages like JavaScript, Python, C#, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Component, or object customization. Preferably in Salesforce.com.

Experience designing and developing testable, resilient, and scalable solutions.

REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud providers like GCP or Azure.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Experience with Cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and API

Certifications in Salesforce such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Developer I

Experience in working in large environments with multiple work streams and vendors
