Job Description

Navigate Talent Acquisition agenda for Publicis Groupe and its agencies Lead and supervise a team of 7 Talent Acquisition professionals Partner with Talent Business Partners to respond to current and future business staffing needs Develop and advise on talent acquisition plans and strategies based on available sources of data, as well as hiring trends and predictions Partner with Communication department to develop and execute employer branding strategies and activities that will secure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future business needs Create and seize opportunities to map exceptional talents from the industry and beyond and spot emerging skills and competencies Independently manage senior-level position recruitments for key stakeholders Manage and monitor employee referral program Manage and develop Publicis Groupe’s early onboarding program Provide stakeholders with up-to-data recruitment and market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and perfected and best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role from an international, complex organization or a recruitment agency At least 2 years of team management experience Comfortable using and integrating various sources of data to help Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners make data-driven decisions in the areas of talent acquisition and retention The ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions and industry-specific challenges Confidently balancing regular Talent Acquisition scope and numerous job openings with long-term and ad-hoc projects and employer branding agenda An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create an environment of stability in an ever-changing landscape Passionate about creating amazing candidate and employee experience Exemplary interpersonal, influencing and communication (written and verbal) skills in Polish and English Understanding of the advertising/media/tech industry will be a great plus
