Talent Acquisition Lead, Poland

As we look to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment delivery across the enterprise, the appointment of the TA Country Lead in select key locations is a pivotal step. This individual will have a strong understanding of local legislation and cultural nuances and will act as a single point of contact for in-country business leaders ensuring the successful delivery of TA priorities. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

Build Key Relationships

Build strong relationships with in-country business leaders, acting as a Talent Acquisition advisor and influencing their talent strategies. Enhance relationships with HR Operations and HR Partners to ensure seamless collaboration and support for talent acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with other leaders across the Talent Acquisition function including TA Business Line Leads, Country and Community of Practice Leads to share best practices, knowledge, and resources. Be the point of contact for external vendor / supplier management.

Full Cycle Recruitment

Act as a player/coach providing full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives.

Inspire and Develop a Team

Foster a collaborative work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure work is being completed to the highest standards. Ensure local delivery and focus of global TA goals or targets through individual and team accountability. Drive a ‘OneHR’ mindset for the team to work closely with PXPs, Services, Reward and other parts of the local HR group. Act as a point of contact for escalations, proactively managing and resolving issues to meet the needs of the business. Upskill the local talent acquisition team in areas such as business acumen and adopting technology to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness and increase efficiency.

Deliver Metrics/Reporting

Maintain a country level TA scorecard to track key performance metrics. Assess current talent acquisition goals and metrics against the annual KPI’s and targets. Utilize Tableau or other data analytics tools to create visual dashboards and reports for monitoring and reporting on recruitment performance. Deliver both scheduled and ad-hoc reports / insights to the business and HR partners. Identify insights and trends from data to provide strategic recommendations to improve talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency.

Early Careers Recruitment:

Lead the team in planning and local execution of early careers programs and events in partnership with the business to promote JLL as an employer of choice. Oversee the team in driving the process for early career recruitment, ensuring a standardized and efficient approach. This involves evaluating and implementing best practices, leveraging technology solutions, and establishing a consistent candidate experience. Partner with recruitment marketing to enhance JLL's brand visibility and positioning among early career talent within country.

Assessment

Ensure the local TA team is leveraging existing interview guides and assessment methodologies to promote consistent and effective talent evaluation. Provide training and support to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a standardized and fair selection process.

Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing

Understand and leverage available resources and capabilities within the organization for effective external recruitment and talent sourcing. Collaborate with stakeholders to align the talent acquisition function with the EBRM (Employee Brand and Reputation Management) strategy.

Risk Management

Stay informed about local HR laws and regulations as they relate to talent acquisition and provide advice and guidance to mitigate risk. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure talent acquisition practices are aligned with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in influencing and advising stakeholders to make informed talent decisions. Solid understanding of local HR laws and regulations as they relate to talent acquisition. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
