Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Team to execute and scale our user acquisition efforts across various channels. We look for candidates with a strong sense of ownership who enjoy taking projects from ideation to execution. We value people who show an attitude for learning quickly and being agile. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Planning and implementing marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the brand, products and IT services;

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a marketing strategy along with strategies for launching products and services in the IT market;

  • Organising and managing marketing events, webinars and workshops;

  • Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of online campaigns;

  • Keeping up to date with best practice in the IT industry; 

  • Conducting market research to uncover key customer insights that drive our product positioning and ideas for new features or benefits;

  • Creating product communications with a focus on sales targets;

  • Setting publication schedules and executing social media strategies,

  • Executing content marketing activities independently to build an expert image and attract sales leads organically.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing for the B2B sector;

  • Experience with CRM and CMS tools;

  • Creativity and open-mindedness;

  • Ability to manage marketing projects, including coordination of online and offline activities;

  • Understanding of user behaviour and implementing it into campaigns;

  • Motivation and ambition to work on own initiative;

  • English - level C1-C2 (spoken and written);

  • Polish - level C1-C2 (spoken and written);

  • Previous experience of working in the IT/tech industry - nice to have;

  • Ability to work under time pressure;

  • Ability to build relationships with audiences;

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
