Opis zadań

  • Kierowanie zespołem ds. compliance i odpowiedzialność za wdrażanie strategii zgodności w firmie.
  • Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem przepisów prawnych, regulacji wewnętrznych oraz międzynarodowych norm compliance w całej organizacji.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami oraz lokalnymi i regionalnymi organami regulacyjnymi.
  • Identyfikowanie, monitorowanie i zarządzanie ryzykiem prawnym oraz compliance, a także wdrażanie działań minimalizujących te ryzyka.
  • Przeprowadzanie wewnętrznych audytów zgodności oraz raportowanie wyników do zarządu.
  • Wspieranie rozwoju i wdrażania kultury Compliance poprzez szkolenia pracowników oraz komunikację o zmianach w przepisach i regulacjach.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie administracji, finansów lub pokrewnej.
  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w obszarze Compliance, w tym 2 lata na stanowisku kierowniczym.
  • Doskonała znajomość przepisów prawa krajowego i międzynarodowego z zakresu compliance.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i prowadzeniu projektów z zakresu zgodności.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Umiejętności przywódcze, zdolności komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.
