We are looking for a Data Engineering Associate in Business Intelligence for our JLL Technology organization.

Role purpose

We are looking for client and service oriented Technical Consultant who would like to grow in IT Support Area as part of Data Engineering team. The person in this role will join BI Solutions and will work closely with growing and vibrant Business Intelligence Team to provide technical support, perform trouble-shooting function and resolve customer IT tools related issues within Real Estate domain, in order to drive productivity, profitability or other important business metrics. The person will act as a product owner of the smartsheet software.

What this job involves:

Day-to-day maintenance support in the area of Business Intelligence deliveries and tools Support interactive dashboards in Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Power BI (potentially also in other visual data analysis development tools) Support sourcing data from Big Query SQL Server databases and external sources such as Google Sheets, and leveraging ETL tools when needed Assist customers and employees in resolving technology issues Communication with internal and external stakeholders and managing their expectations Performing trainings Develop own expertise and share it with the team members to help grow the tea

Academical IT or other Engineering background preferred (BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research or statistics preferred will be a strong plus) Working experience on GCP platform as an BI or data analyst and in any of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred), querying databases (SQL) and / or ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Informatica) would be strong plus International work experience will be a plus Very good command of English is a must A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate both with technical experts and management (including external customers) to manage their expectations Ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely and first-time right manne
