Nasz program talentowy ITP to półtoraroczny program rozwojowy realizowany na kilku ścieżkach. Jeśli pasjonuje Cię Bankowość, masz możliwość dołączyć do Pionu Wholesale Banking jednego z największych banków w Polsce. Na ścieżce ITP. Wholesale Banking będziesz mieć okazje zajmować się projektami z obszaru klientów strategicznych. W ramach tej ścieżki możesz stać się częścią zespołu produktowego tworzącego nowe rozwiązania w oparciu o metodologię pracy z innowacjami. Możesz też skoncentrować się na sprzedaży i obsłudze produktów transakcyjnych, kredytowych, finansowania strukturalnego i nieruchomości komercyjnych, finansowania handlu, rynków finansowych lub powierniczych.

Masz realny wpływ na kształtowanie swojej kariery w bankowości.

Do programu talentowego poszukujemy osób które:

·Ukończyły studia wyższe na kierunkach: Finanse, Bankowość, Ekonomia lub pokrewnych

·Biegle posługują się językiem angielskim i polskim.

·Pasjonują się światem finansów i bankowością, a w czasie studiów aktywnie działały w organizacjach studenckich i kołach naukowych.

·Mają za sobą pierwsze doświadczenia zawodowe, ale nie przekraczają one 2 lat.

·Zrównoważony rozwój jest im bliski
