Junior Customer Service Representative with English and Polish

Job DescriptionResponsibilities: - Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone and email inquiries, requests and problems,- Resolving or referring billing disputes,- Correcting payment errors,- Using through knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures,- Entering and modifying customer data in IT systems,- Revising fee and finance charges as appropriate,- Maintaining positive relationships with clients.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in Customer Service area,- Polish and English (C1 level),
- Good knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services,- Availability to work in shift work (Monday - Friday - 8.a.m - 7 p.m - 8 hours shift),- Ability to work in hybrid model;
- Effective telephone and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls,
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft,
