Join our Healthineers team as the Senior Logistics Specialistfor Deliver/Order Fulfillment/Return is an integral part of CSML's mission toprovide the right parts to the right place at the right time. This positiondeals directly with countries and is responsible for managing orders throughthe complete delivery cycle as well as necessary support functions in order tomeet customer expectations and on-time delivery goals.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

SubjectMatter Expert in respective area of deliver & return. Deliverand handle spare part orders for all Healthineers business lines to the countryservice organizations, OEM partners, and customers in the MESA region and therespective returns. As partof our operational order fulfilment team, you are the central contact fordedicated countries/customers/partners in regard to all topics of service partlogistics. Responsiblefor order entry, logistic and commercial check of customer orders, taking allcountry- and customer-specific requirements into account. Eliminateall problems which block the dispatch of our orders, including escalationmanagement with internal and external partners. Executeand monitor service parts orders with attention to internal rules andregulations and legal specifications. Executespecial topics and tasks concerning logistics (e.g. country specificclarifications or internal initiatives) Keyuser for different IT applications & platforms. Leaduser acceptance testing for SAP and other related IT systems. Train/coach/mentornew team members on process and IT topics Applyknowledge and experience of own and other processes in solving non-routine,different internal and customer issues. Identifyprocess improvements and develop solutions in cooperation with differentprocess partners and support to implement these solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:

Have 3+years work experience in a sale or service organization, ideally within orderfulfillment. Strongcomputer skills including SAP, Office 365, Power BI. Haveknowledge in LEAN, structured problem-solving solutions (e.g. value streammapping). Experiencein the area of transportation and shipping. Economicalknowledge, especially in the area of supply chain management. Experiencedwith improving processes. Hold abachelor’s degree in business administration with focus on logistics orsimilar. Strongcommunication skills with ability to communicate with management levels. Provencustomer support experience/customer orientation.

Your profile and skills

Customercommunication is done in English. Additional languages, especially Polish asinternal team language is preferred. Handlingof logistics relevant MRP systems, such as different SAP-modules should be agiven. Furthermore, have very good knowledge with standard MS officeapplications. You arewilling to work in a hybrid model incl. one office day per week in our officein Warsaw, during the Onboarding time 2-3 days a week in the office. Self-motivatedand ambitious. Like to take initiative and advance topics self-confident andself-dependent.
