We are currently looking for a Daily Banking Operational Contributor ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

Supporting the Back Office processes like: onboarding new customers, parameterization of accounts, closing accounts and others Handle customer inquiries and complaints Identifying and improving operational processes in the Back Office Developing and updating process documentation

Skills you should have

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry Good knowledge of SQL Good knowledge of Excel Good analytical skills Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis Good communication skills Fluency in English
