Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team for 8 months on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-regions invoice traffic across our global offices, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting partners with credit-related matters.
  • Managing the distribution and processing of invoices across various regions.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between offices worldwide to maintain a consistent flow of information.
  • Conducting data analysis with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across regions.
  • Creating and managing reports using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • Ability to self-organize and deliver task in timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formula creation.
