  • Bank Details verification and confirmation details with Vendors by phone
  • Vendors` requests and queries resolution at assigned country level with agreed SLAs
  • Vendors` and GL accounts reconciliation at assigned country/region level.
  • Direct Debits & Missing Invoices reconciliations at assigned country/region level.
  • Pro-actively identifying problems preventing invoices being processed, and driving the required actions to resolve open issues
  • Direct collaboration with Hyderabad team to ensure effective and efficient process flow of the payable cycle.
  • Processing of urgent invoices or corrections if required to resolve queries or Initiate payments which must be executed on the same day

Requirements

  • Verification bank details with vendors via phone
  • Monitor daily all vendor`s related activities with high volume payments (emails, phone calls, reminders, letters statements, balance confirmations etc.) and un-answered vendor queries at SNOW at assigned country/region level.
  • Daily SNOW tickets assignment. 35% Monitoring daily status of not processed invoice queues in VIM at assigned country/region level.
  • Reviewing also unprocessed invoices and follow up with processing team to post and pay invoices on time.
  • Monitoring VIM ageing for invoices not posted which should be paid in near future and make follow up action with processing team to post and pay on time.
  • Processing of urgent invoices or corrections if required to resolve queries or Initiate payments which must be executed on the same day
  • GL & Vendor accounts analysis and reconciliation, providing timely and accurate monthly reconciliation to GL team.
  • Daily monitoring of Direct Debit, Missing invoices and Return account 5% at assigned country/region level.
  • Monitoring SAP aging open items to avoid not removed block, debit balance or not included invoice or Credit Note into payment process.
