Key member of the Finance team, focused on supporting the Finance team in completing all monthly tasks across the EMEA region. Assist with the day-to-day regional financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the clients reporting requirements at a Regional level, and completing month end requirements on time.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities:
Month End Close Process financial accruals and reversals Process period end reports Ensure that accurate and timely financial information is completed Ensure all sub ledgers and feeds are closed \ processed in a timely manner Work closely with the Analyst to ensure the month end closing process is completed in line with the agreed timetable Completing and submit bank reconciliations Completing month end checklist (Client close and Sox) Budgeting & Reporting Update forecast template Update scope E1 portfolio, Budget and CoA as needed. Tracking of Costs in accordance with the MSA Review and resolve any issues and approve invoices raised in accordance with set standards Confirm correct costs included in GMP, and ensure all rechargeable costs invoiced to client Review and ensure invoices to client are accurate – together with CSV backup as required. Purchase to Pay Work with FM’s and supplier to resolve any un-approved or un-receipted PO’s. Work with the Central Team to monitor AP & AR performance ensuring service is delivered in line with agreed KPIs Ensure that all purchase orders are raised with invoices are processed in a timely manner Perform monthly cashflow analysis for Analyst Support PO Team in Purchase Order creation Client Billing Assist Analyst to ensure timely creation and processing of the JLL invoices Ensure detailed supporting information maintained Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment is received. Work with Client Accounting Manager and Finance Manager to mobilize new countries, including completing E1 set up file. Update scope E1 portfolio and CoA as needed. Support invoicing process to ensure client invoicing deadlines are met Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities for improvement that increase efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes Assist with resolution to FM queries.CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience
Experience of JDE would be an advantage Demonstrate financial competency Good knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsCritical Competencies for Success
Demonstrate financial competency Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity. Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills. Team player, focused on the best outcome for all.
