Your tasks

develop company's agile mindset together with Leadership Team assess current organizational / delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices develop, continuously check and leverage metrics of agility maturity and effectiveness coach / mentor Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Product Owners develop with internal Partners collaboration focused on agile delivery of business value develop internal / external communication, improving transparency promote continuous improvement culture support visualization, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams collaborate with Agile Coaches from other Global Delivery Hubs support existing and initiate necessary Agile communities organize required Agile trainings and workshops develop internal / external communication, improving transparency

Requirements

3+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in complex set-ups with multiple teams working on one productKnowledge on Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAF'e, LeSS or other scaling frameworks) Possessing strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, and excellent communication skills Experience of working in a virtual environment, including international collaboration strong communication and coaching skills excellent English (min. B2)

Nice to have

Lean management knowledge, Agile certification ( PSM, PSPO, PSD), Jira/Confluence/GitHub/GitLab/TestRail ITIL, ITSM
